PART I: MUST DO
1.Exercise:
Habitual exercise is a prominent natural cure for diabetes to increase the secretion of insulin and reaction of body cells while insulin secretion helps to manage the normal blood glucose level.
You can do the Common exercise of walking, jogging, yoga, swimming, gym schedule your plan depends on your daily work then do which is more comfortable for your time.
Recommend: Do exercise 30 minutes on evening, 30 minutes afternoon.
2. Lose weight:
Losing weight is a natural cure for diabetes also helps to reduce the risk of diabetes. Excess weight, obesity which shows prediabetes, so it is must to lose weight and make your body fit by having proper diabetic diet meal plan and body work out.
3. Diet Meal plan – Must:
The most important measure is diabetic meal plan or food portion and timing when u have the food. Have a small portion of food at one time, you can split up the food into many sections.

Water is a need for our body to send out glucose and unwanted substances. Drink more water for the smooth functioning of kidney.
Drink one time every 2 hours
5. Manage stress.
Stress and diabetes don't mix.
Excess stress can elevate blood sugar levels. But you can find relief by sitting quietly for 15 minutes, meditating, or practicing yoga.
6. Check your blood sugar level at least twice a day.
Is it in the range advised by your doctor? Also, write it down so you can track your progress and note how food and activity affect your levels.
7. A1c blood tests
Get A1c blood tests to find out your average blood sugar for the past 2 to 3 months. Most people with type 2 diabetes should aim for an A1c of 7% or lower. Ask your doctor how often you need to get an A1c test.
8. Track your carbohydrates.
Know how many carbs you’re eating and how often you have them. Managing your carbs can help keep your blood sugar under control. Choose high-fiber carbs, such as green vegetables, fruit, beans, and whole grains.
9. Control your blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels.
Diabetes makes heart disease more likely, so keep a close eye on your blood pressure and cholesterol. Talk with your doctor about keeping your cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure in check. Take medications as prescribed.
PART II: SECRET METHOD

Yes, This is a secret, traditional way to cure diabetes and other diseases.
It is practiced in yoga or meditation or tai chi.
